Product Description

      The liquid sample is treated with lysate to break the virus, denature most of the protein and release virus DNA / RNA; At the same time, special polymer membrane materials are used to selectively adsorb virus DNA / RNA, and then virus DNA / RNA can be obtained through washing and elution.

Experimental Parameters

· Application: Construction of PCR, qRT-PCR and Sequencing Library;

· Sample type: body fluid samples from different sources (including plasma, serum, swab, oral fluid, saliva, blood and body fluid);

· Initial sample volume: Sample size  200μL

· Required instruments:Centrifuges suitable for 2ml centrifuge tubes (the number of revolutions can reach more than 3000 rpm); Thermostatic metal bath, vortex oscillator, low-speed centrifuge.

· Required reagent: absolute ethanol (AR grade);
